Graduate Training

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program, is a highly structured career entry point. While Apprenticeships focus on skill mastery and Inplant Training focuses on exposure, Graduate Training is designed to groom future technical leaders.

The Bridge to Leadership

The primary goal of a Graduate Training program is to transform a fresh university graduate into a company-specific specialist and future manager.

These programs to “handpick” the brightest talent and mold them into their specific corporate culture and technical standards.

Unlike a standard job, a GET is often rotated through various departments (Design, Production, Supply Chain, and R&D) over 6 to 24 months to understand the entire business lifecycle.

It addresses the reality that 65% of engineering graduates need additional training to handle real-world projects, particularly in complex fields like Renewable Energy or AI-driven Manufacturing.
