Apprenticeship Training
You have graduated and want to gain a year of “official” work experience while getting paid. It is an excellent way to get your foot in the door of major Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) or large manufacturing firms.
- Deep skill mastery: You are treated as an employee-in-training, often performing actual job duties that contribute to the company’s output.
- Earn while your Learn: Apprentices receive a mandatory monthly stipend, making this a financially viable path for students to start their independence immediately after (or in the final year of) graduation.
